For national online surveys we offer you our panel with ca. 25,000 participants. Aligned to the required sample we offer surveys considering your quota criteria per region. Through our constant quality controls we can guarantee a high standard.

Clean data collection is the basis of every market research study. Field work quality is decisive for the data’s validity. That’s why konkret‘s quality assurance starts with the recruitment, training and supervision of the interviewers. konkret’s roots lie in field research. With an active pool of 2,800 interviewers we offer the probably largest field in Germany. Whether in big cities, small cities, villages or on the countryside – our interviewers conduct your interviews/project everywhere. Additionally our tight network of national and international cooperation partners allows the realization of your study when data from abroad is needed.
Our extensive experience over several decades helps us executing field work on time, competently, and conscientiously. In every study there is a responsible project manager who supervises the study from beginning to end. His/her tasks include the distribution of interviews, the briefing of interviewers and their subsequent supervision, control of quota, monitoring of interview return, the final quality control of interviews, as well as everything that insures the smooth course of the field study.
