As a steadily growing institute for market and opinion research with over 25 years of experience as a national and international field and full-service provider, we are looking for motivated freelance staff to support our studio in Bremen!

Your tasks will include, among others:

- Telephone recruitment and interviews
- General support in the studio
- Communication with our study participants and interviewers
- Recruiting potential study participants – via phone and email
- Building and maintaining the database, contacting participants, scheduling appointments

As a recruiter in the Business-to-Business (B2B) / Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sector, you will get in touch with a variety of people (such as decision-makers from various industries in the B2B area or interested study participants in the B2C field), helping our clients gain valuable insights.

You’ll also support us in handling a variety of general tasks. These include assistance with studio tests (interviewing), packing and shipping of parcels, and other supporting duties.

What you should bring with you:

- Confident and persuasive communication skills on the phone and enjoyment in interacting with people
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in market research or in a call center is great but not required
- Career changers and people of all ages are very welcome!
