In the beginning of the development of a product there is always an idea. It is essential to test the acceptance of this idea and its chances of success early on and to make the results transparent.

To do this, konkret uses classic concept tests as well as extensive conjoint analyses or qualitative creative workshops.

On being presented with verbal concepts and/or graphical concept drafts for  a new product idea, test persons give a first assessment of the product or idea before a lot of money has to be spent on development or production.

After the concept has been determined and concrete product ideas have been developed, it has to be decided what konkrete product idea should be realised and how the product should later be presented to be distiguished from its competitors.

Therefore it makes sense to find out the subjective perceptions or judgements of the potential target group with product tests. Here the product as a whole or parts of it can be tested. A product test shows the product‘s strenghts as well as weaknesses that might still be present and helps to further optimise the product.
