There is a responsible project manager for each study who leads the study from A to Z. His/her tasks include interview distribution, interviewer briefing and support, quota control, supervision of responses, and editing of the questionnaires as well as anything that is related to the smooth run of the study in the field.
Our field interviewers are specially trained as well, either in writing, over the telephone or in person. Only well trained interviewers fulfill our high demands for quality.
